Just a quick note to let y’all know that we’re headed out of town to begin our search for a new house. We have a number of promising candidates in mind, we’re pre-approved for a mortgage in our price range, and we already know the area. Thus, it’s quite possible that we’ll have a contract before we return. I don’t know what sort of internet access I’ll have, but I’ll be sure to post an update upon our return (at the latest). Have a great weekend.

Good luck Nickel!
Good luck Nickel…it all sounds very exciting.
AZ_Cowboy: Assuming that a correction is coming, it’s not clear to me how I’d be any better off in my current house rather than a new house. And given the we’re selling in a strong market, and buying in a considerably slower market, I’m not particularly concerned.
Good luck buddy!
What the heck, buy a couple!
Enjoy the upcoming housing market correction. It’s just money, right?
